[Co-living] COMMONTOWN - Sales Associate

COMMONTOWN is the largest co-living brand and operator from Korea. COMMONTOWN started in 2017 and has been growing rapidly over the few years, operating over 300 bed in Korea. We have recently entered the Singapore market and will be opening our co-living spaces in the coming months. We aim to expand our operation across all SEA markets in next couple of years.

COMMONTOWN is looking for a Sales Associate, who is looking to explore vibrant start-up environment. Sales Associate plays critical role in driving Co-living experience with prospective members and existing ones. As the Sales Associate, your role is to drive sales process for COMMONTOWN in acquiring & converting potential members as COMMONTOWN members. You will be expected to conduct viewings for prospective members and showcase the benefits of COMMONTOWN. You will also be heavily involved in marketing and sales lead generation activities to maximize sales targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assess prospective members' living space needs and provide information on COMMONTOWN spaces that match their personal criteria
  • Develop and suggest key improvements for the existing sales process / material
  • Present, promote and sell the COMMONTOWN experience using relevant arguments to prospective members during viewings that you will have prepared, scheduled and conduct
  • Answer & follow up all forms of inquiries including email, phone & social media;
  • Develop marketing ideas and activities along with marketing team and management to drive sales;
  • Manage COMMONTOWN member Move-ins and Move-outs; and assist in solving member-related issues to ensure a cohesive & happy community;
  • Assist in organizing and participate in events to build the community and boost brand awareness and develop connections between members;
  • Identify issues for escalation to Management and document accordingly;
  • Able to work in multi-disciplinary areas and multitask as required


Qualifications

  • Fresh Graduate or Young Professionals with Creative mind & Entrepreneurial drive
  • Experience and Interest for Co-living and will be a plus 
  • BS degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Sales or related field would be a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
  • Fluency in English; Fluency in Korean is a plus 
  • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus and high empathy levels 
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills 
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices 
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner 
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments 
  • Availability to work flexible shifts
